For any one task a list of such hazards can be identified, both topside and underwater. Equally, additional hazards can be identified when using particular plant and equipment such as water- jetting tools, cranes or diving equipment. In these examples it might be expected that the procedures will be used many times. In such cases, the same Risk Assessment may be re-used (providing it is revised as necessary). This would therefore be an example of a Generic Risk Assessment.
