Twenty real estate companies that were listed on the Stock Exchange of Shanghai and Shenzhen were chosen as empirical research samples. It adopted the real financial data two years before the companies’ financial crisis .Based on principal component analysis and factor analysis; it built a financial risk recognition model. The financial risk control and coping strategies were proposed, such as the decrease of asset-liability ratio,reasonable arrangements for payment plan, and the acceleration of cash flow for real estate transaction,which has a good reference value for real estate companies to carry out the financial risk management. In the meantime, a few suggestions were proposed to solve the problems existing in sample companies, for instance, the adjustment on the structure of assets and liabilities, the strengthening on the management of external guarantees and so on.
