In order to decipher the law of microclimate change in the closed young chicken house, and to guide the design and standardization of the breeding equipment in the experimental chicken house. At last, the final monitoring data were analyzed by statistical software. The results show that the temperature, relative humidity and wind speed in the afternoon are higher than those in other time periods, while the ammonia concentration is the opposite. By observing the environmental indicators of different cages, the temperature first increased and then decreased from the bottom, the relative humidity and ammonia concentration gradually decreased, the wind speed gradually increased, and the uniformity of four layers of chickens was good. From the front end to the back end of the chicken house, the temperature, relative humidity and wind speed are all increasing, the ammonia concentration is gradually decreasing from the front section, the environmental quality of the front section is good, and the uniformity of chickens is high. There was a significant negative correlation between temperature, relative humidity and wind speed, and a significant negative correlation between relative humidity and wind speed. Ammonia concentration is negatively correlated with temperature and wind speed, and positively correlated with relative humidity.<br>
