Objective: To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of patients with acute appendicitis. Methods: 65 cases of patients with acute appendicitis surgery were selected, and the clinical problems were collected by evidence-based nursing, and then analyzed and evaluated. According to the actual problems encountered in clinical practice, nursing measures were formulated for each perioperative period of patients, and the nursing effect was compared with that of 63% in 2018-2019 Cases of routine nursing care of patients with appendicitis surgery nursing effect were compared. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The hospitalization time after application was shorter than that before application, and the incidence of complications was lower than that before application. Conclusion: evidence based nursing can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients with acute appendicitis,Evidence based medicine, evidence-based nursing is the application of evidence-based medicine in nursing. It can be roughly divided into two stages: first, predict the problems that will be encountered in nursing, and then refer to the literature according to the problems raised, find the relevant evidence and implement it.Appendicitis perforation may occur when appendicitis develops to a more serious degree. This pathological change will make a large number of bacteria absorbed by the peritoneum or mesentery, and then prone to peritonitis, abdominal toxic infection and other symptoms, seriously affecting the prognosis of patients [2]. Surgery is a common treatment for this disease, but the problem of high infection rate of incision after operation has been paid close attention to in clinic. Surgical incision infection is easy to cause intestinal adhesion, intestinal fistula and intestinal obstruction and other complications. Therefore, postoperative nursing work usually focuses on the prevention of postoperative incision infection. The focus of this study is to explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention and control of postoperative incision infection in patients with appendicitis perforation surgery, and achieve certain results. The specific reports are as follows. It belongs to a new clinical nursing decision-making concept. In this paper, 65 patients with acute appendicitis were selected. Through the decision-making concept of evidence-based nursing, the nursing intervention after operation was carried out to make the nursing effect better. The following part is the discussion of the specific effect and method of evidence-based nursing.
