Walker first put forward the concept of human resource management in the 1980s. Then, devaner , Tichy and fombruin put forward the idea of combining the concept of human resource with the concept of strategy, and analyzed the deep-seated relationship between enterprise development and human resource management. Since then, more and more scholars began to participate in this field. Beer and others put forward that human resource management is not only a unilateral management of employees, but also an important concept of the development of employees and enterprises. In order to realize the unified development of employees and enterprises and achieve higher management efficiency, the concept of beer opens a new chapter of modern human resource management.
