The concept of organizational commitment was first written by Whyte (1986) in the book The Organizational Man (The Organizational Man). The content mentions organization, not only for the organization, but also for people belonging to the organization. So-called organizationCommitment refers to the relative strength of organization members’ recognition and input to the organization. It has a direct impact on employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Therefore, it has received considerable attention in recent years. Many scholars have given organizational commitments because of their differences in research purposes. There are different definitions, the most common of which is proposed by Mowday et al. (1994). Organizational commitment refers to the degree of personal identification and investment in a specific organization, which includes three levels:1. Personally identify and accept the goals and values of the organization.2. Willing to devote more effort to the benefit of the organization.3. A clear wish to continue to be part of the organization
