The mobile communication network serves ordinary users. After the development of LTE network, the network port has realized full data service, and all the receivers are intelligent terminals. Users can use more services, and a single user occupies more bandwidth of the port. This results in a shorter cycle of load changes in the cell. Network optimization is more difficult to avoid the interference of the same frequency at the cell level. Traditional network optimization methods can hardly adapt to the rapid load change by adjusting the cell boundary through traffic statistics and road test data analysis. For the future LTE network, the adjustment efficiency is more important than the accuracy of data analysis.
