2.3 SECI Model TheoryThe prototype of the SECI model is "Innovation for Innovation" by Yujiro Nonaka and Hirotaka Takeuchi in their 55-year collaboration. The book "Win" is based on the unique insights on the knowledge management framework in the N-based enterprise.Knowledge creation and knowledge management present novel insights. The SECI model mainly describes four transformation methods of the two types of knowledge. The two types of knowledge are available languages,Textual dissemination, shared explicit knowledge, and tacit knowledge that can only be understood but not spoken. First, recessive knowledge converts tacit knowledge into text knowledge that can be transmitted and communicated through analogy, metaphor, etc.The emergence of explicit knowledge that is conducive to the understanding and acceptance of learners is called the externalization of knowledge. Secondly,long-term accumulated explicit knowledge realizes various facts through media channels such as practice and network links. The recombination of concepts obtains more explicit and comprehensive explicit knowledge. This transformation process is called the frustration of knowledge.Furthermore, learners acquire combined explicit knowledge through self-reflection.The knowledge systems of the two are merged, and they are transformed into tacit knowledge of the self through assimilation and absorption.Internalization of knowledge; finally, internalization is the learner's own tacit knowledge, through person-to-person contact and interaction.Through the interaction, imitation learning and other methods to achieve group clever enjoyment, because different individuals in the group have these different tacit knowledge, through the sharing of resources between each other, individual knowledge has also been improved. The process of socialization is called the socialization of knowledge. The four stages of the knowledge transformation process are the organic integration of knowledge transformation. This research master will use the Seci model of Yujiro Nonaka to explore the subject knowledge generation of primary school English teachers. As far as primary English teachers are concerned, the subject knowledge they have learned during pre-service education is the externalization of knowledge.School teachers turn their tacit knowledge of English subjects into textual information and pass it on to students. The learner becomes the explicit knowledge of the learner. The externalization process is an important process for English teachers to acquire subject knowledge.
