Customer service is a holistic approach to offer services that meet customers‟ needs and expectations by managing effective interactions and relationships between organizations and customers [13]. Meanwhile [8] defines the customer service as „how‟ you deliver and it is as important as what you deliver. However, past studies over homestays have focused on service quality but not much focusing on service deliverywhich is also part of customer service.
