This leads to the inability to better provide accurate and targeted information resources for the majority of teachers and student readers in the procurement of books and databases, and the latest research results and directions of various disciplines. The changes in the general environment have put forward new requirements for university librarians. Librarians need to improve their ability to innovate in their work, and their work methods cannot be static. They must adjust their work methods according to changes in the environment. Obviously, many librarians are not prepared enough for innovation, and they are still staying at the stage of traditional book and document service.
