It is very important to select proper spinning parameters to improve the precision and production efficiency of products. However, the interference between wheels is often caused by the bias characteristics, which has been widely used in the practical production and the exploratory study of the bias spinning law. In this chapter, firstly, the definition and analysis of position interference and angle interference are put forward, and the influence of these two kinds of interference mechanism on the distribution of rotating pressure, wall thickness and stress-strain is systematically analyzed, and the causes of pull-up, undercut and undercut, as well as the phenomenon of rotating force oscillation are analyzed. On this basis, combined with the above research and the interference characteristics of position and inclination, the method of eliminating the interference of error distance is studied, which can effectively eliminate a large number of invalid interference parameters in the current production and research.<br>
