任职条件PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Structural Biology or related; disciplines with at least 3-5 years post-doctoral or industrial experience;•Experience in protein/Ab engineering, structural biology and bispecific antibody design and engineering with a proven track record of innovative solutions;•Broad knowledge in a variety of protein engineering platforms and technologies;•Broad knowledge in disease biology and strong background in immunology, T cell biology and cancer biology;•Experience in T cell assay development, including isolation of T cells from whole blood, T cell activation and cytokine profiling assays, T cell transduction, co-culture assays, T cell cytotoxicity assays, and cell proliferation assays;•Knowledge in development of in vivo mouse models and subsequent analysis, including but not limited to tumor phenotyping is a plus;•Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and effective presentation of complex scientific data to cross-functional and senior management teams are critical for this role.
