Recently, we got several complaint from a-Japan regarding on arrow stickers (see below pictures), guessing that those stickers just missed to remove after repairing. To eliminate such issue happen again, we would like to know your current control process or BP on this part – who will check the repair shoes, who will remove the stickers, how to ensure the sticker is completely removed? ….etc. Can I get your feedback by next Monday noon time?(May 11)Moreover, if we find one sticker during our AQL inspection, we will request to repack the whole PO!Those are found by one account.
