Based on the interview of 4 teachers, it can be found that four teachers generallybelieve that the most important thing in class is to induce students actively participatein classroom activities. They also hold the view that criticism of students is unnecessary. When students cannot answer the questions, T1，T2, and T3 tend to guide the students to correct themselves first. Only T4 thinks that it is more reasonable to ask another student to answer, because he thinks that this method can save class time, let other students have the opportunity to participate in classroom communication, and inspire more students' language output in class.
