[摘要] 目的:探讨纤维支气管镜肺洗对重症肺部感染患者血气分析及疗效的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将我院收治的我院2017年6~2019年6月收治的60例重症肺部感染患者分为观察组和对照组,各组30例。给予对照组无创正压通气治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用纤维支气管镜肺洗治疗。观察两组患者动脉氧分压(PaO2)、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)水平变化,比较两组治疗总有效率。结果:两组患者PaO2、SaO2水平均较治疗前显著上升,且观察组显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),两组PaCO2水平均显著下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),P<0.05。结论:将纤维支气管镜肺灌洗应用到重症肺部感染的治疗中,可显著改善患者血气分析指标水平,提高临床疗效。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy lung wash blood gas analysis and efficacy in patients with severe pulmonary infection. Methods: According to random number table in our hospital, our hospital in 2017 from 6 to June 2019 were treated 60 cases of severe pulmonary infection were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group.
