摘要<br>随着近年来，元胡作为医药品的大量出口以及国内需求的不断增加，元胡的产量已明显的不足，小型机的需求就显得更为重要，它的出现极大减轻了人们的负担，增加了劳动效率，尤其是微动力装置的机械。但目前广泛应用的种植机是以内燃机和人力互补的动力装置。本设计小型元胡种植机与传统的种植机相比，优点在于播种机采用汽油机为动力装置，从而改善了人们工作时的工作环境，更符合环保发展的观点。<br>本设计主要用于个散户田间播种，服务于广大的农民。详细地介绍了该种植机的结构组成以及各部件的形式、要求以及功用，并且详细地介绍了汽油机驱动小型元胡种植机动力装置及各部件要求，包括种植机的动力选择、动力传动的选择及尺寸、排种装置设计、开沟器的设计、链轮的设计、轴的设计、覆土器的设计。在设计中考虑了种植深度、种植行距、种植株距以及种子成活率。本设计中在考虑实用的同时，还考虑经济和节约，从而达到结构合理、生产成本低、精确种植的目的。<br>关键词：小型 元胡 种植机

abstract<br>In recent years, Yuanhu as a large number of pharmaceutical exports and increasing domestic demand, the output of Yuanhu has been obviously insufficient, the demand for minicomputers is more important, its emergence greatly reduces people's burden, increases labor efficiency, especially the micro power device machinery. But at present, the widely used planter is a power plant with complementary internal combustion engine and human power. Compared with the traditional planting machine, the small Yuanhu planting machine has the advantage of using gasoline engine as the power device, so as to improve people's working environment, which is more in line with the development of environmental protection.<br>This design is mainly used for individual field sowing, serving the majority of farmers. The structure of the planter and the forms, requirements and functions of its components were introduced in detail. The power device of small Yuanhu planter driven by gasoline engine and the requirements of its components were introduced in detail, including the power selection of the planter, the selection and size of the power transmission, the design of the seed metering device, the design of the ditcher, the design of the sprocket, the design of the shaft and the design of the soil covering device. The planting depth, row spacing, plant spacing and seed survival rate were considered in the design.
