Abstract: This paper takes the K37 + 640 bridge of Mengman section of Yunnan Expressway as the research object, analyzes the construction principle of 3D and 4D models of K37 + 640 bridge and the development process of BIM construction application platform, summarizes the deepening application scheme of "prefabricated components, construction organization design and information project management" of K37 + 640 Bridge Based on BIM model, and realizes drawing review and construction team through BIM 4D technology. The process of weaving optimization, construction scheme optimization, design optimization, and prefabricated component construction control realizes the integration and sharing of bridge model and the whole process of construction, realizes the cloud management and control of the whole process of bridge construction, explores a new way for bridge construction management, and provides a reference for comprehensively improving project refinement and information management.<br>Key words: BIM Technology bridge construction model K37 + 640 Bridge<br>
