People no longer need to go to specific libraries to acquire knowledge. This brings us to think, is library the container of books or people? The result must be the latter. From this, we can start thinking. Besides the inherent label of "reading", what else can the library bring to people? Can it become a new role in the city and a role that people urgently need? A source of knowledge acquisition and output, a base for local public to become creators, a place for exhibition and reception
