I got the device while on sale for around $28 or so. I wanted to track my heart rate after getting pretty out of shape over the last couple years. When I first put it on, I was grateful to have bought it because my heart rate was SO much worse than the last time I had measured it a couple years back. I was mortified and it kicked me into gear mentally to try to do more for my health. I appreciate it for that scare!BUT the reason it was so bad was because it's wildly inaccurate. After that scare, I tried every heart rate monitoring device I could get my hands on and all of those have shown it being 20-30bpm less than what the device shows. Even at the same time.I'd return this, if I could, but the packaging was accidentally swept up with trash. So now, I guess it'll be a pedometer? Not recommended at all.
