The Firm may evaluate proposed Production Changes for feasibility and cost. Such evaluation will state the estimated costs and time of implementation and the estimated impact The Firm will not be obligated to proceed with the Production Change until the parties have agreed upon the changes to the Product or Product’s Specifications, Delivery Schedule, and Project pricing, and the implementation costs to be borne by the Client, including, without limitation, the cost of inventory and special inventory on-hand or on-order that becomes obsolete. on the Delivery Schedule, as well as the additional payment pursuant to the MSA.
