I have informed Dino of his misconception about the way we work in Asia. We are certainly the most pro-active company of the group when it comes to adaptation to local culture and localization of human resources.
Never the less, this is also a chance for us to get more support for the sales team in Asia. We will have more resources and could restart the growth story of the past few years.
Do not get distracted from your current work and targets. I believe the local subsidiaries will be encouraged to grow, creating more opportunities in the long run.
Lastly, the CRM is now the most important tool for us. The new management will rely on data easily accessible. Update SLX and feed it as often as possible; it is a tool that needs to be alive.
