This project studies the combination of atmospheric pressure sintering and hot isostatic pressure to prepare high-density silicon nitride ceramics. Through powder modification, the silicon nitride powder is activated and pre-treated, high-strength near-net-size ceramic blanks are prepared by cold-waiting static forming, and high-performance silicon nitride ceramics are prepared by combining atmospheric pressure sintering and hot and other static pressure. With high density, high precision, excellent thermal shock performance and high thermal conductivity, widely used in high temperature structure ceramics and high-seismic structure ceramics.
