本次毕业设计的项目名称为郑州市某科技有限公司，办公楼地址位于郑州市文化路与东风路交叉口，办公楼的，结构形式是现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，建筑层数为五层，面积约2400平方米，设计内容分为建筑和结构的两个方面，建筑的设计是运用天正软件分别绘制平面图、立面图、剖面图，设计要求遵循建筑设计规范，满足建筑所需要的使用功能，结构的设计使用PKPM软件绘制了梁、柱、板各平法施工图，结构的计算形式主要是手算，手算过程中合理利用Excel表格对数据进行批量处理，达到节省计算时间的目的，同时也减少了计算错误问题。设计过程中查找各种规范，严格遵守规范内容，使本办公楼在满足使用功能的前提下，安全、美观并且经济适用。<br>关键词：现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构；办公楼PKPM；天正软件
