This article starts from the perspective of the location advantages of cities in Hebei Province, considers the impact of the inherent location conditions of cities in Hebei Province on economic growth, and conducts further research on the current status and incentives of the unbalanced economic growth of cities in Hebei Province based on economic growth efficiency. First, based on location theory, the factors affecting regional economic growth were discussed in detail. Based on data statistics, the imbalance between the overall location conditions and economic growth of Hebei Province was analyzed, and the development of the internal economic existence of Hebei Province was further analyzed. Differences, and then constructed an evaluation index system for the location advantages and disadvantages of cities in Hebei Province. Based on this index system, the entropy weight method was used to estimate the location advantage of each city. The location advantages and disadvantages of each city in Hebei Province were analyzed, and this indicator was used to compare with regional traditions. The economic calculation of the total economic value of each city and region was multiplied by GDP, and location factors were introduced into the measurement process of economic growth efficiency. The economic growth efficiency of cities in Hebei Province was further measured, thereby further analyzing the current economic growth status and performance of cities in Hebei Province.
