摘要<br>本论文主要阐述了大众迈腾EA888发动机怠速抖动的原理，分析了导致EA888发动机产生怠速抖动现象的故障原因，提出了EA888发动机怠速抖动故障的排查方法。<br>发动机怠速抖动是在维修中常碰到的故障现象，故障发生时往往在发动机怠速工况时产生低频率异常振动现象。出现抖动时，可以通过观察发现发动机的横向摆动明显加大，噪声加大；并往往伴随怠速不稳，使车内的驾乘人员感到不舒适，而随着加大油门使发动机转速升高后，发动机抖动现象便减弱或消失。由于发动机怠速抖动会影响发动机的性能，降低其可靠性与使用寿命，增加功率损耗。如不及时维修，会使发动机性能进一步恶化，有可能导致更大的故障。 <br>关健词：怠速 燃油系统 配气机构 故障码 机械结构 点火系统

abstract<br>This paper mainly describes the principle of the idle speed jitter of the Volkswagen maiteng EA888 engine, analyzes the causes of the idle jitter of the EA888 engine, and puts forward the troubleshooting methods of the idle jitter of the EA888 engine.<br>Engine idling jitter is a common fault phenomenon in maintenance. When the engine idles, it often produces abnormal vibration at low frequency. When the engine vibrates, it can be observed that the lateral swing of the engine is significantly increased and the noise is increased; and it is often accompanied by unstable idle speed, which makes the drivers and passengers in the car uncomfortable. When the engine speed is increased by increasing the throttle, the engine jitter will be weakened or eliminated. Because the engine idle speed jitter will affect the performance of the engine, reduce its reliability and service life, increase the power loss.
