Yesterday we had an internal meeting and we discussed the last weeks test done in Yantai. We can see that a lot of parameters has been better and passed the performance test. But unfortunately we still not passed the methanol consumption. We are very sorry and also a little bit confused that this is not resolved. We are very keen to solve this and put a lot of resources to make progress. We have discussed how to proceed in the best way and have come to the following. In order to continue to investigate and find a solution, we must do some inspections the next time you shut down the plant. What we want to check is the following: Open the reactors and check the catalyst loading and that nothing has fallen through the net.Take out catalyst from one tube and check the quality and loading planPressure test the methanol vaporizer and check so we not have any tube leaksCheck the pressure over the methanol spray nozzles, inspect the vaporizer through all the manholes Wanhua to verify flowmeters with a third partyWater test all the flow meters in series, before and after the verification with the third party.Check tracing around product flowmeter, the flow meter test could be done with and without the tracing in operation. The work is dependent on when the plant could be shut down and the availability of the third party testing. JM will be present during the inspections at site.The methanol consumption can be tested again if any faults were found and corrected.
