Aiming at the problem of knowledge-based employee turnover in enterprises, this paper systematically analyzes the environmental factors that affect employee turnover from the perspectives of the external macro environment, the internal meso environment of the enterprise and the microscopic perspective of employees: combining the work motivation theories such as expectation theory, demand theory and two-factor theory.The interaction relationship between various environmental factors was studied; the mechanism and process of the factors influencing employee turnover were comprehensively analyzed from the perspective of psychology, and a comprehensive analysis model of the influencing factors of knowledge-based employee turnover was established.
