Your reply from below, doesn’t gave me any answer of my questions. Such obvious defects in the cast, cannot be discussed from your side, and cannot be accepted from ours! It looks like you have very deep problem in the process, also process controls, which as I see, you refuse to investigate! As I mentioned, and already discussed with the designer, such a holes on the sealing surface are not acceptable in any case! The deviation doesn’t cover the requirements by the drawing neither by the Festo norms! I am sorry to hear, that even your Quality manager, refuse to understand your deep production problem and cannot see the obvious. In the attached e-mail, you ask for concession, which softly said is not possible in this case. I would recommend you, reconsider your opinion and statements, because the problem is critical! We expect from you to have very fast, adequate reaction, and detailed analysis of the problem!
