This article is designed for use in factory sweepers. The energy unit transmits motion to the disc brush on both sides through the drivetrain, which rotates clockwise and counterclockwise, respectively, sweeping the garbage on both sides into the middle and passing it to the roller brush in the middle. The garbage is then swept into the bin by a roller brush for cleaning. This device is a small and medium-sized cleaning tool, can clean up all sizes of garbage, both sides of the cleaning brush can be convenient cleaning corners and close to obstacles.In this study, by consulting and collecting a large amount of data, the analysis and comparison of different cleaning equipment finally determines a more ideal design scheme of corridor sweeper, and then according to the design calculation of the specific structure, and makes the structure of the equipment more compact and reliable. After determining the size and model of the components of each mechanism, they are checked to ensure that they meet the design requirements. Because the components of the equipment are relatively easy to manufacture, the manufacturing cost of the equipment is low, which is an ideal cost-effective cleaning tool.
