Quality of the Facility<br>IPW expects building quality and materials to be similar to European standard and sustainable materials shall be offered where suitable and appropriate. The finished facility should be easy and cost effective to maintain. Regarding the use of materials IPW expects:<br>> The use of foreign branded materials, manufactured locally, in places where it would add value from a look and feel point of view.<br>> To use local branded and manufactured materials in places where it does not negatively affect the durability and quality of the completed building.<br>> No material should have a negative effect on occupants’ health and safety.
