2.30.10 Other DocumentationO&M documentation shall include the following:• Facility O&M manual (general).• Facility substation O&M manuals package.• Module installation and maintenance manuals.• Inverter O&M manual.• Transformer O&M manual• Tracker and mounting structure maintenance manual.• Switchgear maintenance manual.• Procedures for verifying correct system operation.• Procedure to be followed in case of a system failure.• Emergency shutdown/isolation procedures.• Maintenance and cleaning recommendations.• Health, safety and environment manual. • SCADA O&M manual.• Warranty documentation.Other documents shall include the following:• Spare parts list.• Lists and specifications for materials and accessories.• Flash test reports for each single module.• Manufacturer’s warranty certificates.• Quality assurance testing reports on the modules.• Quality assurance testing reports on the inverters.• Quality assurance testing reports on the transformers.• Quality and test report for the rest of the materials and equipment (QA/QC).• Earthing protection drawings and survey reports.• Site electrical test reports.• Component commissioning records in accordance with IEC62446.• Certificates of compliance for all electrical buildings.• IEC certificates of compliance for electrical components.• Geological survey.• Hydrological survey.• Topographical survey.• Chemical soil analysis. • Training programme.
