In order to avoid the problem of heteroscedasticity and extreme value, logarithmic processing is performed on both the explained variable (total consumption of peasant households) and the control variable (per capita income of peasant households). As can be seen from the table, the average of total consumption of peasant households is higher, and the average proportion of subsistence consumption of peasant households is higher. In contrast, the average ratio of development-oriented consumption expenditure and enjoyment-oriented consumption expenditure of peasant households is slightly lower. As can be seen from the table, the overall consumption level of rural residents is good, and the consumption expenditure of rural residents is still concentrated in subsistence consumption expenditure.
