Throat cancer is a kind of malignant tumor of the throat, sometimes throat cancer is also known as throat cancer, although the range of the throat is larger than the range of the throat, the most common throat cancer is larynx cell carcinoma, it is a malignant tumor originating from throat squamous cells. Malignant tumors in the throat are common to squamous cancer, and sarcoma of throat cancer is extremely rare. At present, most scholars think that laryngeal sarcoma is a squamous cell sarcoma-like change, its essence is squamous cancer, for low-differentiated squamous cancer, one of the subtypes, its prognosis with low-differentiated squamous cancer, so the treatment principle is consistent with head and neck squamous cancer. According to the literature, the tumor was first named after Virchow, and by 1980 there were more than 110 cases reported in the domestic and international literature, none of which were reported as large-scale cases. This paper reports 1 case of sarcoma-like change with larynx cell carcinoma, records the patient's relevant detailed medical history and the whole treatment and surgical procedure, and discusses the correlation between the tumor and laryngone sarcoma and the pathology, clinical characteristics and treatment principles.
