Through careful reading of the article, I found that the time fractional derivative is handled by using the usual L format, and the spatial dispersion also refers to the common methods. Moreover, there are the following problems:<br> 1. For time fractional differential equations, the analysis and description of existing algorithms are not comprehensive enough;<br> 2. The convergence of the proposed numerical algorithm is not analyzed, so the accuracy of the differential scheme can not be seen;<br> 3. In the numerical example, the algorithm in this paper is not compared with the existing algorithms, so the advantages of the difference scheme are not highlighted.<br> Based on the above reasons, I think the article is not innovative enough to meet the standards of this journal.
