a) Stopping Failures (FC-A) are defined as a failures in the Delivery that means:· that a Vehicle in service needs to be decelerated to 0 km/h.· that a Vehicle is unable to start operation within ten (10) minutes of its planned start time.· a delay of more than ten (10) minutes at the next operating site (i.e. railway station) where registration takes place.· that the performance or function of a Vehicle is affected to the extent that it must be taken out of service before that day's operations can be completed.Examples of failures classed as Stopping Failures include (to be deployed only for the systems which can provoke these events):o All doors on same side of a car are out of serviceo Malfunctioning couplero Loss of traction more than 40 %o All HVAC in a car out of serviceo Emergency communication units out of serviceo Train protection system out of serviceo No toilets in service in the Vehicle"
