Non-DSK users cannot receive Mobile Chat push notifications currently.- For iOS when they go through onboarding they will go directly to the Chat with Us page. - For Android, they will receive a pop up but they won’t be able to receive the notifications even if they press allow. DSK users will receive the push notification allow/don’t allow pop-up before proceeding to Chat with Us. However, there is no option, either in device settings or in the GlobalX app, to turn push notifications on or off. This leads to a scenario where;- non-DSK users activate their DSK, and they are not re-prompted to turn on their push notifications, nor can they manually turn on their push notifications in their device or app settings in the production test account, leaving push permissions permanently off.- DSK users have no way to change their push permissions by going to device settings (Screenshot attached for US v HK, same scenario for Android).
