See attached for the new quality scorecard planned for QBRs in 2020 by HPE. They implemented majority of our inputs except for incorporating the SFF DPPM metric for PCAs. PCA DPPM is now only 3 pts so I don’t think the lack of SFF focus really matters now, however, we still need to drive our FID and NFF performance to meet expectations.The critical focus must continue to be customer metrics (notably DEFOA and escalations). Both of these combine to account for 40 points. Our success in QBRs will be based on our performance on these 2 metrics. Looking for all teams to continue to do everything necessary to align our processes and people to these expectations. On that note, I will also be following up with a status to management highlighting where we are currently across all factories on escalations, status of zero defect plans, gaps, and go forward expectations.
