According to the follow-up investigation of the detachable plate heat exchanger by the technicians of our company, it is found that some users encounter problems in the use process, and most of them are left over from the installation process. Therefore, we especially remind customers: A, the two clamping plates of plate heat exchanger are equipped with lifting lugs for lifting, but the lifting rope shall not be hung on the connecting pipe, positioning beams or plates. B, leave about 1m space around the plate heat exchanger for maintenance. C, the installation of cold and hot medium inlet and outlet nozzles should be strictly connected according to the direction specified in the factory nameplate, otherwise the performance of heat exchanger will be affected. D, when installing the pipeline, valves, pressure gauges, thermometers and flow control valves should be installed on the pipeline, and they should be installed at the inlet of the heat exchanger, and exhaust valves should be installed at the outlet. E, the inside of the equipment pipes should be cleaned to prevent sand and slag from entering the heat exchanger and causing blockage. F. When the medium used is not clean or has large particles or long fibers, a filter should be installed at the inlet. G. When installing and welding the connecting pipe of heat exchanger, the welding ground wire should be placed at the welding place. It is strictly forbidden to place the ground wire in the distance, so that the current loop will be damaged by the heat exchanger. H. For the four interfaces of plate heat exchanger, pressure gauges, thermometers and reserved flushing interfaces shall be installed at each interface. I. When plate heat exchangers are used in the central heating field, the inlet of the cold side needs to be equipped with a decontamination device, a Y filter and a flow control valve. The hot inlet needs to be equipped with a decontamination device, Y filter and flow control valve. The hot inlet should be equipped with a decontamination device, Y filter and flow indicator. J. When the plate heat exchanger is used in the domestic hot water system, a thermostat is installed, and a flow control valve and water purification equipment are installed in front of the cold side inlet. When water is used as heat medium, the inlet needs to be equipped with a flow indicator and a Y-shaped filter. K. When plate heat exchangers are used for steam-water heat exchange, if steam traps are installed at the hot side outlet, bypass pipes should be installed, and the steam traps and bypass pipes should be installed according to the specified slope. L, plate heat exchanger before installation, all pipelines must be cleaned. M. Before connecting any pipes, make sure that all foreign matters in the pipe system that has been connected to the plate heat exchanger are washed away. N. Before starting, check whether all tightening bolts are firmly tightened. O. When connecting the pipeline system, please ensure that the plate heat exchanger is not under pressure or tension caused by the pipeline. P, in order to avoid water hammer phenomenon, please do not use the quick-closing valve. Q, if the surface temperature of the plate heat exchanger is too high or too low, the plate heat exchanger should be isolated. R. For each model, the nameplate is marked with the design pressure and temperature, which shall not exceed these design values. S, the installation position of plate heat exchanger should be convenient for use and maintenance, and there should be enough room to unload the plate from the guide bar, and there should also be room for clamping and maintenance of the plate.
