However,some of teachers lack comprehensive knowledge of teacher questioning strategies.Their applications of teachers' questioning strategies have two characteristics. One istextbook-centered. Another is personal experience-based. It is reasonable that teachersshould ask questions based on the content of textbooks. Nevertheless, only relying ontextbooks leads to the lack of diversity and divergence of questioning content, whichis not conducive to students' language output and thinking development. They needpay much attention to the use of questioning strategies to optimize classroomquestioning.
