abstract<br>In recent years, with the deepening of forestry digital related research, positioning technology is expanding in its application field, and the requirements for the accuracy and efficiency of related technologies are also increasing. The traditional forest land right confirmation and single measurement technology can not meet the current work needs of forest land right confirmation. Therefore, in order to meet the development process of forest land right confirmation, the "3S" technology will be continuously optimized and innovated and applied to forestry. This paper focuses on the application of "3S" technology in the confirmation of forest land rights and related technical means.<br>This paper introduces the new development direction of "3S" technology in forestry, focusing on the global satellite navigation and positioning system, UAV photogrammetry, GPS static observation, CAD secondary development and cass10 software application. For the first time, CAD secondary development and cass10 software are applied to forestry related work. This paper discusses the feasibility of using CAD secondary development to deal with the data processing of forest land weight determination and the layout of control survey points.<br>In this paper, combined with the current situation and trend of "3S" technology development, the "3S" technology is used in the forest land confirmation, which provides a new technical means for the development of forest land confirmation, and meets the needs of the rapid development of "3S" technology in practice.<br>Key words: CORS, UAV, photogrammetry, control survey, forest land right confirmation, CAD secondary development<br>
