There are several ways to categorize interactions. The first is based on whether the interaction process is synchronous or not. The interaction behavior includes synchronous interaction and asynchronous interaction. Second, from the point of view of interactive objects, the American scholar Moult divided the interaction into three categories, including learners'interaction with instructional media, learners'interaction with teachers, and learners'interaction with other learners. On this basis, American scholar Shearman supplemented Moult's three types of interaction and proposed a fourth type of interaction —— Interaction between a student and an interactive interface. The interactive system of teaching consists of four elements: teacher, student, learning content and teaching media. Generally speaking, the interaction in the teaching process is mainly the teacher-student interaction, the student-student interaction, the teacher-student interaction and the teaching media interaction, which is the main content of the teaching interaction behavior studied in this book.
