Per discussion with sales and chef, I have tried the claimed Lescure butter (on the right of the attached pic) and it seems that the butter quality is not right. I put the returned butter sheets on 2F kitchen and I suggest you go for the next step:1. No need to let our chef and clients’ chef talk2. Try the returned butter sheet on the lamination machine with chef3. Try other batch together with this batch4. If the problem does exist for this batch, block this batch and avoid clients ordering the problematic productsPlease let me know if any question, many thanks
