Objective: To investigate the correlation between the expression level serotonin-33 (IL-33) and n-end cerebro-sodium peptide precursors (NT-pro-BNP) in acute ischemic cerebral infarction and the clinical characteristics of the disease. Methods: Select the 92 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 as the observation group, select 80 patients with non-cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital in the same period as the reference group, compare the expression level of two groups of IL-33, NT-pro-BNP At the same time, according to the area of the terrier lesions, the patients in the observation group were divided into small area terrier group (37 cases) and non-small area infarction group (55 cases), and the levels of IL-33 and NT-pro-BNP were compared between the two groups. Results: Serum IL-33, NT-pro-BNP expression water was significantly higher than the reference group (average P 0.05) in the observation group, nt-pro-BNP, IL-33 expression water were significantly higher than in small area terrier group (average P 0.05) in patients with non-small area infarction group. Conclusion: The expression of serum IL-33 and NT-pro-BNP is closely related to the occurrence and development of acute cerebral infarction, and the level of expression of the two is increased with the increase of the area of cerebral infarction, and the level of expression of the two is of reference value to determine the development and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
