In order to find the ratio of protective fungicides and internal absorption fungicides and their prevention and treatment effect on cucumber cranberry disease, this paper selects 6 kinds of fungicides, such as sepsis ester, polymyabacteria, mycobacteria, fine mecosin, Fu Fu zinc and ketone-manganese zinc, and determines 6 kinds of fungicides to the black-corrupted bacillus (Didinella bryoniae) The toxicity of mycelium and the effect of compounding agents with synergistic effects were measured on the prevention and treatment of cucumber cranberry disease. The results showed that the ratio of conoters, polymyabacteria, mycobacteria, fine meesti, fine mecoic, Fu Fu zinc and ketone-manganese zinc, which were further screened and compounded on the basis of the cosyme of Didynnella bryoniae, was further screened and compounded by the growth rate method. And the effect of compounding agentwith with synergy to determine its prevention and treatment effect on cucumber cranberry disease. The results showed that the EC50 of Fu Fu zinc and ketone-manganese zinc-to-melon cucumber cranberry bacteria were 16.166 sg-mL-1 and 58.740 sg-mL-1, respectively. When the ratio of compounding of Fu Fu zinc and copper and manganese zinc was 1:1 and 3:2, the efficiency value (SR) was 2,653.57 and 399.58, respectively, the synergy was significantly higher than the other ratios, and the effect of the two ratios of compounding agents on cucumber cranberry disease was 85.72% and 78.57%, respectively. Therefore, it can be shown that fu Fu zinc and copper manganese zinc compounding can improve the prevention and treatment effect of cucumber cranberry disease.
