Hi Janice, We like to follow up the primer path optimization with you. Can you please study the path optimization together with Dong Ping’s team about this?We are struggling on J310 about the primer path design. We did propose 2 mm to PD on J310 but was questioned how primer path optimization could be.PD likes us to reduce the gap between the primer and ALS hole as close as possible on the narrow border.Dispensing DirectionOur past program is minimum 2 mm on J4xx, my calculation would be about 1.14 mm (based on 300 mm/s and 3.8 ms, current machine parameters)Which really depends on how accurate control and this 1.14 should be an ideal case.Probably, there might be a room between 1.14 to 2 mm along the dispensing direction, that we need to try and collect more offline DOE data.Perpendicular to Dispensing DirectionThis direction is about the 1st row overlapping 2nd row, this is something different to the dispensing direction. In addition, the team is concerning about the a spattering size spec < 0.1mm and > = 2 dots, the spattering dot may come from secondary spattering after hitting the side wall of BLU.(How close between the primer and BLU side wall is different, could be a case by case too).Hi Dong Ping,Your previous introduction on programming the primer path automatically by inputting DxF CAD was exactly what I mentioned to Janice at the first beginning. Can you please take a look at this and find out some improvements together w/ Just tech for primer path optimization of TM & Housing?
