Air flow from contaminated area to the clean area should be avoided.All restrooms shall be equipped with exhaust fans and ventilation must vent directly to the outside of the facility. If possible, separate ducting should be used.The plant and facilities shall be constructed in a manner that prevents dripping water/ condensation from overhead fixtures, ducts, pipes, or coolers from contaminating food, food-contact surfaces, or packaging materials.oThe facility shall repair, modify, or upgrade the ventilation or HVAC system as needed to maintain proper conditions.Designated employee(s) shall perform a walk-through of the facility at least one (1) time per month as per GMP guidelines to check for condensation, steam/vapor, dirty fans, or odors.oCorrective actions must be taken to eliminate any identified potential contaminates.oDocumented corrective actions shall be maintained.
