explore the clinical effect of atomization inhalation of oxygen atomizer on children's respiratory diseasesXu hesun XiaoouLiaoyang County Central Hospital, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province 111200[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of atomization inhalation of oxygen atomizer on children's respiratory diseases. Methods: 158 children with respiratory diseases admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 79) was treated with ultrasonic atomizer and the observation group (n = 79) was treated with oxygen atomizer. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.20% and 83.54% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.80% and 17.72% in the observation group and the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of oxygen atomizer in the treatment of children's respiratory diseases has a significant clinical effect, and the incidence of adverse reactions is an effective way to treat children's respiratory diseases.[Key words] oxygen atomizer; aerosol inhalation therapy; children's respiratory diseases; clinical efficacy
