We think that human capital is a kind of virtual capital, which belongs to the virtual value category of the enterprise, and its concrete manifestation is the employees with professional knowledge and technology. And the reason why human capital can create value in the final analysis is that people are playing the role of the core. Based on the above analysis, we choose the annual average wage level of employees instead of human capital as our explanatory variable. 1 the reason for this selection is that in the marketization of talents today, salary has become the key factor of human mobility, it is not only a kind of compensation for paying labor, but also an important index to measure the ability of talents. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to have professional talents, it must pay a higher level of wages, and the wage level indirectly measures the value of human capital.
