Regarding the second item (PCBAs that have a pass status in Simploud and are not part of the shipment)I was under the impression that visual inspection is done before the jig, and therehore I do not understand how these PCBAs arrived at the jig to begin with, and how they were known to be excluded later.In any event, it is good that they have visual inspection that catches some items, but we must have a list of such serial numbers so that we will be able to fail them in the cloud, as we MUST NOT consider them as pass and we do not want them to continue down the production line in any event.If they perform any fix on any PCBA it must pass through the jig again. This will create a new and valid record for it with the correct status.<br>
