Objective: Patients with hypertension need to use antihypertensive drugs to control blood pressure, this study will analyze the clinical pharmacology of antihypertensive drugs. Methods: The researchers selected 150 elderly hypertension patients treated in hospitals for the period from October 2018 to December 2019, to analyze the types of antihypertensive drugs used by patients, and to explore the adverse reactions of these antihypertensive drugs, blood pressure control effects, and so on. Patients with elderly hypertension had a relatively high incidence of adverse reactions when they were treated with Benapri (P 0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of elderly hypertension patients, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the specific situation of elderly hypertension patients, according to the patient's various aspects of the scientific choice of antihypertensive drugs, which can not only improve the effect of antihypertensive, but also make the incidence of adverse reactions can be well controlled, so that the treatment of elderly hypertension patients more safe, The quality of life of elderly patients is effectively guaranteed.<br>Keywords: antihypertensive drugs; patients with elderly hypertension; clinical pharmacology
